This is the story of our nights...
People keep asking me how I'm doing.
I'm tired.
And I'll show you why:
This, is where she STARTS. Not how, we don't let her sleep on her tummy...she sleeps all swaddled up in a flannel and then we loosely wrap her green softie around her.
Sometime between 4 and 5am, This happens:
And yes, we change her, we nurse her, we reswaddle her, we rock, we sing, we cuddle, we try white noise and total darkness and for some reason, none of it works.
So for the remainder of the night, This happens:

I am laughing my guts out!!! This is totally how my little babies were. They liked how warm and cozy mom and dad were. Too funny and couldn't happen to nicer people :)
See but who cares?? She is just so darn CUTE!!! haha, sorry I couldn't help it. Good with that, but also enjoy it :-)
She is just TOO ADORABLE to care what she does to Mom and Dad's sleep. : )
Our current sleep issue is that London has figured out how fascinating zippers are and completely strips out of her footsie pj's and then whimpers when she gets cold. So then we have to get up, dress her, and do bedtime all over again.
That's so cute. Grace loved to sleep in our bed from day one, too. I always wondered if it was because she was so big, and so squished tight, that she was lonely after she was born. Who knows. Don't worry. She sleeps great on her own now :)
After Henry was born, a nurse at a check-up asked if I was getting any sleep and made the oh-so-helpful "sleep when the baby sleeps!" quip. I had to ask how exactly that was supposed to work when, at the time, he only slept when I was driving. She didn't have a good answer.
If I was closer, I would come take the kids and let you sleep!
