I remember going to my Aunt Thelma's and Uncle Cliff's and she would sit us down at her formica covered table to serve us "purple cows". They basically were glasses full with scoops of vanilla ice cream covered with concord grape juice. Strange, you say? Maybe. But they were oh so yummy.
